The EXchange advertises itself as a 4 star hotel, including heated bathroom floors, marble walk-in showers, a bathrobe, and a safe. My room lacked a bathrobe and a safe. The shower was an engineering mess: the drain on the far side of the floor, with nothing dividing the shower from the rest of the bathroom so all of the water just filled up the bathroom, flooding it.
